- Antiviral Prophylaxis (proteasome, BTKi): Valacyclovir, foscarnet (if ganciclovir resistant/intolerant)
- Surveillance (Alemtuzumab, post alloHCT) : weekly PCR during therapy and ≥2mo after completion of therapy.
Letermovir has no activity against HSV, additional HSV coverage might be warranted (like acyclovir)
